Hi all, here are my 5 Friday finds. Enjoy!

Find Out What Is Important For You

Take out a piece of paper and write down everything that you pay for.
For example: Netflix, oil changes, food at a restaurant. Ask yourself why you pay for these things, one after another. By doing this you’ll learn a lot about what’s important for you. Find more about this question in James Altucher’s podcast episode.

School Of Greatness

I’ve just finished finished reading “School Of Greatness” by Lewis Howes, a former pro athlete and world record holder in football. After an injury he started to reach out to people he admired, searching for mentors, and applying their advice to his new life off the field. And he came back.
Lewis built a multimillion-dollar online business and is now a business coach, speaker, and podcast host. In his book he presents a great framework to a good life: habits, health, network.

Relieve Lower Back Pain

Do you sometimes suffer from lower back pain? So watch the best 11 stretches that will help you relieve the pain. After watching chose just one of them and start doing this one exercise daily after waking up.
Remember, tiny daily habits are what brings you to your goals.

A Movie I’ve Enjoyed

Here’s another wonderful BBC documentary narrated by Sir David Attenborough. Whales, sharks, dolphins against millions of sardines.

Quote I Love

You should never chase a number you should chase a feeling.
Shane T

What a great way of seeing goals. Do you want to lose 10 kilos? Don’t chase this goal, try to chase a particular feeling (“I want to feel attractive, feel good looking”) and just forget the scale. Do you want to earn a million? Don’t try to, chase the feeling of being rich. This idea can be transferred to many goals. *iLikeIt*

Have a great weekend! What have you learned about what is important for you?
