I’ve just listened to a podcast episode about fear. They told the listeners to write down every possible fear that we feel. Every single one.
It looks like fear is more important than I thought. Fear shows us who we are. For example, I don’t feel afraid of laying down on the floor in a big crowd because I don’t care what others think about me. But I fear how people may perceive me when I speak foreign languages. It looks like there is something about speaking languages that is hugely important to me.
Fear shows us what is important to us. Understand your fears to better understand your passions and who you really are.
