What do you think is the source of our emotions?

We create them. We are the source of all our emotions. This also means we can choose to feel the way we want to feel at any given moment. How liberating…

So many people feel that they have to wait for certain experiences in order to feel the emotions they desire. For instance, they don’t give themselves permission to feel loved or happy or confident unless a particular set of expectations is met. I’m here to tell you that you can feel any way you choose at any moment in time. — — Tony Robbins


I am reading “The Way to Love” by Anthony de Mello now. There is not one single page in this book without a ton of notes I had to add (see the first quote above). Here is one I especially like:
