Adam’s 5 Finds — Be A Mind Reader | What to Ask Your Partner | Business Idea
I love some of the tips below. Especially the mind reader exercise.
Is there anything you struggle with in area of health, finding your passion, fitness, finding and solving problems people have? Just ask and I’ll answer them.
Exercise to Become A Mind Reader
This is a good practice in empathy. If you don’t really know what people think just copy their body language to understand what they’re feeling. Sometimes taking notice is enough, but if you mimic a person’s posture and body language you will immediately understand them better.
Try it out, it feels like a superpower.
How To Find A Successful Business Idea
“I very frequently get the question: ‘What’s going to change in the next 10 years?’ And that is a very interesting question; it’s a very common one. I almost never get the question: ‘What’s not going to change in the next 10 years?’ And I submit to you that that second question is actually the more important of the two — because you can build a business strategy around the things that are stable in time.” — Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon
This is a fantastic advice if you want to find a new business idea.
Don’t try to figure out what will change in the next 10 years. Rather try to think about things that are NOT going to change. You can build a successful business around these stable things.
I switched to a single blade razor several years ago. I learned how to use this initially dangerous razor in just a few weeks. Now I enjoy using it a lot. It feels more natural and the blades are super cheap. So I was even happier to read this men’s health article about additional advantages of single-blade razors.

Razor bumps, ingrown hairs, and irritated skin might mean it’s time for you to test out a new razor when you shave each morning.
A Relationship Video I’ve Enjoyed
Often love can disappear between two people not because the relationship is doomed, but because the right sort of conversations haven’t been happening. I love all the School Of Life videos but this one is just great:
“There is still enough love between us. We just need the right sort of conversation to get it flowing once more.”

“He suffers more than necessary, who suffers before it is necessary” — Seneca
Seneca knew how to live in the moment over 2000 years ago. Unfortunately his advice is not an easy one but there is a simple solution that helps not to worry about the future: Meditation.
So install the Headspace app or the Calm app and spend some minutes a day meditating.
Enjoy this day!
